Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actor, most famous for her portrayal of Joan Holloway. She played the character in seven seasons on AMC's historical dramatic Mad Men from 2007-2015. It has earned the actress six Emmy nominations for best supporting actor and critical praise. Her professional career, which spans more than two decades, has seen her appear in the crime comedy series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. In movies, she is acclaimed for her performance on Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. She also provided the voice of the characters in films such as Toy Story 4 Scoob!, Toy Story 4: Up on the Hill and From Up on Poppy Hill. The first time she worked was as a model, and worked in that field for many years until she made her TV debut in Undressed. The show gave her her first recognizable role as a character in the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers. Following this, she won praises for her role in Firefly. In 2010, she was named the sexiest woman on the planet and also the most attractive woman in America by Esquire magazine.
